Where we ship

We ship within the United States only.

How an order works

Nothing here sits in a US warehouse. When you order, we buy the piece in Japan or Korea — from the workshop itself or from an established dealer or gallery — have it forwarded to our office in New Jersey, inspect it, and ship it to you fully insured with signature on delivery. You receive tracking at every stage.

Delivery times

Ready pieces: usually 2–3 weeks from order to your door.
Made-to-order pieces (marked on the product page): the lead time stated on that page, typically 3–7 weeks.

Shipping cost

Standard insured shipping within the US is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15 and speeds up the final domestic leg only.

Duties and taxes

Every price on this site includes all US import duties. We clear customs ourselves — there is nothing to pay on delivery. Sales tax is applied at checkout where required.

One-of-a-kind pieces

Many pieces are single works held by a dealer or gallery. We confirm availability within one business day of your order. If the piece has sold in the meantime, we refund you in full immediately and let you know.
